BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors (Board) is comprised of 5 people.  The Board have the opportunity to bring in additional assistance where specialised skills are required.

The Board are responsible for:

• The overall running of the Byford BMX Club
• The strategic direction for the club and work with the wider Committee to implement the Strategic Plan
• Working with the Shire, BMXWA and BMXA to ensure that the club meets all required regulations, secures appropriate events and funding
• Ensuring that the club maintains a strong financial position
• Ensuring that the club runs harmoniously and any complaints are dealt with impartially
• Ensuring that the club holds an AGM each calendar year

The Board roles are a rotating 2 year term:

• 1st year 2 roles are vacated
• 2nd year 3 roles are vacated
